Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact Tenant Rank Inc. at info@tenantrank.ca with a detailed explanation of your concern. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally and in good faith within 30 days of receiving your written complaint.

If we are unable to resolve the matter informally, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of the Tenant Rank platform shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration conducted in Ontario, Canada, under the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear their own legal fees and costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.
